Helpline House’s new director, Maria Metzler, along with staff are preparing to bring together Helpline’s devoted supporters to say THANK YOU to our community! Helpline House is building a strong representation of community to celebrate 50 years of Neighbor Helping Neighbor for a Healthy and Whole Community, taking care of our most vulnerable neighbors, together.

Helpline House can’t do it alone.  We need partners.  As we all know, we accomplish so much more when we work together.  In the spirit of island community, we will be inviting neighbors to visit with neighbors, enjoy live jazz and bluegrass music, savor summer foods, join the raffle and invite children to play games on the front lawn of Helpline House.

This will be our biggest celebration - ever!  So we are asking you and local businesses to partner with us for this special event. This outdoor gathering is ideal to introduce your foods and services to newcomers and those who haven't tried it, yet.  Helpline House will proudly promote your business, our partnership (!), on the 50 years of community celebration promotional materials.
